MyMaine is thrilled to help spread the word about your company. Here are a few tips for smooth sailing.

DEADLINES FOR THE FALL 2026 ISSUE:

06.25.26 : Reserve spot

07.01.26 : Upload assets if design needed

07.09.26 : Upload final design

Checklist for final design file:

  • Correct size (see diagram)

  • CMYK color mode

  • High resolution (300 dpi or higher at full size)

  • No crop marks

  • Important info is within safe area

No problem! Please note the earlier deadline above to send us any of the assets below that will help us create your ad:

  • logo

  • copy (include url and address if desired)

  • any photos you would like us to use (high resolution only)

  • brand colors if you have them

  • brand fonts if you have them

Two rounds of revisions are included, if needed. Prompt responses get our issue on press on time. Thanks for your cooperation!
